I am in my third full year with Sand Dollar One and I could not be happier with not only the partnership that they have with me as an owner but the continued upward trajectory in rentals and rental income. Each year my rental income has grown through having satisfied guests who are coming back for magical vacations in clean and well-maintained properties like mine. I don’t feel like a number at Sand Dollar One….I feel appreciated and valued as a customer and owner because they truly go above and beyond for myself as well as guests using my property.
I am extremely happy with the staff and the service at Sand Dollar One. They are very quick to respond to any questions I have regarding my property and are proactive when any sort of issue comes up. My Property Manager (Krystal) is outstanding. Everything always goes smoothly with any sort of maintenance issue they have identified or I have identified when I am down. They find the right person to address the issue and it is always at a fair price point. They will even go above and beyond to not only maintain my property but also save me money in the process. One example was where I had my front door lock changed out for an electronic lock. I saved the original lock and a few months later the back door lock was having an issue. Due to Covid it was going to take several months to get a new lock in and at a significant cost. Krystal got in touch with Thomas (Maintenance) and Thomas was able to utilize the parts from my original front door to fix the back door lock. Problem solved! I don’t think other companies would have gone “above and beyond” like Krystal and Thomas in this situation to help resolve an issue quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
