50% Deposit due at booking

Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to rent; 1 adult per 2 guests under 25

Pet-Friendly: One dog under 25 lbs allowed with $350 non-refundable fee

Ring Camera: Located at front door for security purposes

Cancellation: See contract for full policy
