Parking: This home has 2 parking spaces available at the back of the house. WaterColor offers street parking on a 1st come 1st serve basis along roads in the neighborhoods.

Need to know Information:
• Each guest 5+ must be wearing a guest wristband for entry into the Beach Club or Camp WaterColor. Paper wristbands will be
provided for children under the age of 5.
• Guests must check in and check out with their wristband at the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• Coolers, glass, outside food/beverages are strictly prohibited at the WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• WaterColor Beach Services- Open daily 9am-5pm
• Camp WaterColor is open from10:30am-7:00pm daily.
• WaterColor Beach Club is open from 8:30am-7pm daily.
• All pools outside Camp WaterColor are open 8am-dusk.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancelation options available
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.

Amazing place with great amenities

Overall

We had the best time! Across the street from one pool and an easy golf cart ride to the other pools/beach. House was wonderful and had everything you might need. We stayed with another family, total of 8 people with more than enough space for everyone.

Overall

We had a wonderful stay! This home had everything we needed to settle in quickly and start enjoying our trip. The green space next to the ho e was a wonderful bonus for our kids to run around & play.

Very beautiful and clean. The little touches provided by the hosts, such as generous starter supplies and a storage trunk of beach items for families with kids were very welcoming.We loved the large pantry and coffee bar. The two screened porches had ample comfortable seating.Would rent this home again!

Overall

This property was a perfect location for a week long stay in Watercolor/30A. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach access point. It is across the street from one of the many pools in watercolor. The house had 4 bikes as well as a golf cart. Two screened porches to enjoy. The rooms were very large and spacious as well as the bathrooms. Everything was very clean and they had enough kitchen supplies we didn’t need to get anything other than food from the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!
