Jimmy Chapin

Sand Dollar One has been owned by Jimmy Chapin since 2019. With more than 40 years of experience in real estate development, management, and sales, Jimmy has built his career on integrity, strong relationships, and exceptional customer service.

Having owned property and vacationed along 30A for more than 25 years, Jimmy understands both the homeowner's perspective and what guests expect when they visit our beautiful beaches. His vision has always been simple—to build a company that homeowners can trust completely and guests are excited to return to year after year.

Today, that vision continues to guide everything we do.

Madison Ream | Guest Services

If you've called, emailed, or texted Sand Dollar One, chances are you've spoken with Madison.

For more than six years, Madison has been the friendly voice behind our guest and owner communications. She works tirelessly to make sure every question gets answered, every concern is handled quickly, and every reservation runs as smoothly as possible.

Whether she's helping a guest before arrival, assisting an owner, coordinating with vendors, or solving an unexpected issue, Madison believes communication is everything. Her goal is for every guest and homeowner to know they're in good hands.

Thomas Scandrett | Maintenance Manager

Around here, we call Thomas "Mr. Reliable"—and he's earned that title.

For more than six years, Thomas has been the person we can always count on. Whether it's routine maintenance, an emergency repair, or preparing homes for arriving guests, he approaches every task with professionalism, pride, and an unmatched work ethic.

He understands that every home represents someone's investment and every repair affects someone's vacation. That's why he works hard to resolve issues quickly and correctly the first time.

Jamie Cooper | Housekeeping, Linens & Inspections

Jamie is the reason our homes feel welcoming the moment guests walk through the door.

She oversees housekeeping, linens, and inspections with incredible attention to detail, making sure every property is spotless, fully prepared, and guest-ready before each arrival.

But Jamie goes beyond cleaning. She loves creating memorable experiences by adding thoughtful touches that make owners and guests feel truly welcomed. Whether it's fresh flowers, a handwritten note, or making sure every detail is just right, Jamie treats every home with the same care she'd give her own.
