Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to rent. Family-only policy enforced.

We loved our stay at Tennessee by the sea. We have stayed all over 30 A and You cannot beat the location to the beach from this rental. Had coffee every morning on the back porch swing ! The golf cart is an added bonus, but you don’t really need it to get to the beach. It’s so close. Close to all restaurants no matter which way you want to head, either to Rosemary or Seaside. We rode the bikes to breakfast often. Would highly recommend !
