50% Advance Deposit due at booking

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before arrival

Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to rent; 1 adult required for every 2 guests under 25

Pet-Friendly: Up to 2 dogs under 25 lbs allowed with $350 non-refundable pet fee

This house is beautiful. We had plenty of room for 3 adult couples. Golf cart made beach trips fun. Ping Pong table was added plus. House is in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend

Blue Harmony was a beautiful home in excellent condition. We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed our stay. A bit of a walk to the beach but the cart was helpful. Conveniences were close by and staff was fairly responsive. Thanks for a great time.

House has everything you could need. Plenty of space and management company has great communication. This is our second year here and they take feedback seriously. Location is perfect. Easy to walk or use the golf cart. Easy access to Destin or Seaside if you want to explore outside of Blue Mountain during longer stays. Highly recommend for families!
