Need to know Information:
• Each guest 5+ must be wearing a guest wristband for entry into the Beach Club or Camp WaterColor. Paper wristbands will be
provided for children under the age of 5.
• Guests must check in and check out with their wristband at the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• Coolers, glass, outside food/beverages are strictly prohibited at the WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• WaterColor Beach Services- Open daily 9am-5pm
• Camp WaterColor is open from10:30am-7:00pm daily.
• WaterColor Beach Club is open from 8:30am-7pm daily.
• All pools outside Camp WaterColor are open 8am-dusk.

Beach access:
• Private deeded beach access through the WaterColor Beach club. (1.2mi)
• Private deeded beach access through the WaterColor Beach club. (1.2mi)
• Van Ness Butler, Jr. Regional Access (1.1mi)
• Van Ness Butler, Jr. Regional Access is ADA accessible and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
• Located between Seaside & WaterColor w/ parking on the northside of 30A.
• Lifeguards are on duty from 10am-6pm, seven days a week
from March 1- Sept 30.
• Tents must be 10’ x 10’ or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a15’distance
from the dunes for emergency vehicles.
**Beach-accessible wheelchairs are available seasonally at this access by calling the South Walton Fire District office**

Booking Policy:
• 50% reservation deposit is due at time of booking
• Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.

This is a great house that has everything you need. We loved the location of the house. Short Bike ride or golf cart ride to the grocery store, beach club, and camp club. Great to have the grass court yard out front for kids to play. The pool was great for swimming in the afternoons or at night. The management company was outstanding and responded quickly to questions or anything we needed.

The House was great! We had plenty of space for 6. The outdoor area was very accommodating. The golf cart was a great addition and a must have for visiting seaside and surrounding towns. The clip that holds the washer door shut was our only problem. The management team sent someone out the next day and had to order the part to fix the issue. The team came day of the bring new towels and offer a wash and fold service. Very happy with how the issue was resolved.
