The property was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Very easy to get to the beach access across the street.
The negative was our whole stay, there was repairs happening and they had our front door to the patio boarded up and we could not use the door or patio area. We would have liked to sit out there in mornings and have coffee and sit out in evening and just enjoy the view but was unable to do so because of this.

After a rocky start of air conditioning not working, they got it fixed the next day. Overall was a great experience! Very close to beach and a great condo. Clean, well stocked and loved being on ground floor close to beach. The only drawback is only 1 parking place.

We loved the location, on the ground floor so we could have easy access and also a place to keep all of our sandy beach toys! The kids loved that we could walk to a few stores and also to get ice cream. The adults loved that the beach was so close, right across the street and close to restaurants. Overall a great stay!
