Private Beach Access: Conveniently located at the pool’s gated entrance on Scenic Gulf Drive.
Regional Access: ADA accessible with parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season near Pompano Joe's.

Restaurants: Surf Hut, Pompano Joe’s, Whales Tale, and more.
Shopping: Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard with designer brands, dining, and entertainment options.

Parking:
On-site parking for 2 vehicles with included parking passes.
Additional parking available at Geronimo RV Park for $30/night.

Booking Details:
50% deposit required at booking; balance due 30 days before arrival.
Check-in: 4 PM CST | Check-out: 10 AM CST.
Must be 25+ to rent; family-friendly policy enforced.
Dogs under 25lbs welcome (max 2) with a $350 pet fee.

We loved everything about this condo! It is beautiful, we could smell how clean it was when we walked in. The pool is perfect, beach couldn't be closer unless you are right on the beach. There's a surf shop next door and a gas station within a block to walk to. We all loved the decor too! Kids room was fantastic also with xbox and bean bag chairs. Every room had it's own bathroom.

I want to thank Sand Dollar Vacation rental and property owners for giving my family a chance to have wonderful stay and enjoy it with our family pet. The condo was in immaculate condition. Beautifully decorated...I will be back again this year and will definitely make my reservations thru Sand Dollar one Rentals.
