Sea Shell Cottage is a beautifully furnished, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a dining nook that seats 6, and plenty of space to entertain your family and friends.

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that sits in between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking paths, biking trails and many family adventures await you.

BEACH ACCESS: About a 3-block walk to Blue Mountain Regional Access (has showers and restrooms). There is a lifeguard station, some parking, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

Must be 25yrs or older to rent; we have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25yrs.

• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 people under the age of 25.
