Just off the kitchen is another entrance to the home that has an elongated screened-in porch. It has additional outside dining table with 8 chairs. Watch the sunrise, listen to nature, and enjoy a hearty breakfast before a long day at the beach. Nearby you will be mesmerized by the oversized fountain which gives off the most peaceful sound. The perfect spot to kick back and enjoy a bestselling novel.

The host or hostess gets the luxury of staying in the master suite with a king size bed, flat screen streaming T.V. plus an additional gas fire place. There is a private sitting area with 2 additional chairs, which is a great spot to catch up on social media or just unwind. The master bath is furnished with a unique clawfoot bathtub and separate shower. There are plush dual sinks and large vanities for all your belongings. Just off the master is the 2nd large screened-in porch with outdoor seating. It is set up as another nook to enjoy the outdoor scenery with additional chairs and coffee table. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with its own outside entrance. A 3rd t.v. for your entertainment is supplied. The kiddos of the bunch can enjoy the 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed and another queen bed. The shared bath has a stand-up shower and large linen closet for storage.

What sets this home apart from all the others is the outdoor venue. There is a huge stone fireplace along with a propane grill and outdoor sink. The backyard has extensive decking and includes a large lanai with outdoor loungers and chairs. There is an ENCLOSED outside shower to help wash off the sand when coming back from the beach. Especially make sure to enjoy the outside after dark with all the hanging white lights .

Restful Ridge is also located near some locally owned restaurants like Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Stinky’s Fish Camp, Local Catch, Goatfeathers, Pizza by the Sea, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream & Candy and Gulf Place Town Center. The neighborhood does allow Rental Golf Carts.
