The house was precious - clean, spacious, well decorated and close to the beach. There was a plethora of beach toys and amazing yolo bikes. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings lounging on the bed swings on the porch and playing corn hole. We biked and ran along 30a and curled up for movie time at night. We would definitely recommend this rental.

We just got done spending our Spring Break Week at Leaning Palms. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. It's decorated very nicely and had a bright, open feel. Each bedroom had a good sized deck attached, and also a tv. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the downstairs room with bunks had its own bathroom right outside the door. We brought board games and spent a lot of time playing games with the kids in the family room. There was cornhole in the garage which we also got a lot of use out of. Kitchen is stocked well...we brought our own paper plates, bowls and cups so we weren't constantly doing dishes. They had pretty small bowls so if you want cereal, I'd get some paper ones. Beach chairs and buckets were in garage along with some other miscellaneous beach stuff. We brought our own beach towels and we're able to wash in their washer and dryer. House was about a block from the beach but about 1/3 of a mile to beach access. Easy walk on a paved sidewalk for kids if they got hungry or tired and wanted to go back to the house. We drove our car in the morning filled with our beach stuff and would then pack it back up at the end of the day.The public beach access was very quiet and there's also a lifeguard on duty. Bathrooms are there as well. We spent most of our time relaxing ion the beach or playing in the surf and sand! I'd highly recommend this house for a quiet family get away. Destin is about 15 miles away and along the way there's the outlets and an outdoor mall with great shopping if you want to take some time out of the sun. Overall, nothing to complain was an enjoyable week at Leaning Palms!

I sent my daughter 3 homes to choose from for her spring break. She picked this one and we are so happy she did. We loved all the decks throughout the exterior of the home. We loved the swings out front as well as the location to the beach and Stinky's restaurant. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed riding the bikes into Seaside. I would suggest stocking the kitchen with a few more kitchen towels and some cleaning products so that guests can keep things clean. The tile floor was not really clean so it would have been nice to have had a mop. We would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
