THE AREA:
Blue Mountain Beach, which has been awarded a national "Blue Wave" designation for the pristine cleanliness of the sugar sand shoreline. This coastal community rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. Spend your mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery and evenings strolling to dinner at Blue Mabel Restaurant. Don’t forget to grab dessert, or better yet, don’t wait for dessert! BEACH ACCESS:
The Blue Mountain Regional Access(0.6mi) has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
**Tents are allowed on public beaches along 30a at regional access points. Tents must be 10' x 10' or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a 15' distance from the dunes for emergency vehicles. **

PARKING:

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancelation options available
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
