Sand Dollar One Instagram Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals aged 25 years and above. Participants must be residents of the USA. Employees and their immediate family members of Sand Dollar One are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: Follow @SandDollarOne on Instagram. Use #SandDollarOne and post the photo to your public Instagram account.
3. Contest Period: The contest begins on 10/01/23 and ends on 10/30/23.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. If no response is received within the specified timeframe, another winner will be chosen.
5. Prize: 50% discount taken off the rent amount on a new reservation, departing on or before 2/29/24. Must book directly through SandDollar One. Prize not eligible for use with 3rd party bookings. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize cannot be applied to an existing reservation. Water Color properties are excluded.
6. Publicity: By participating in the contest, participants grant Sand Dollar One the right to use their username and submitted content for promotional purposes.
7. Privacy: Sand Dollar One may collect and use personal information for promotional purposes.
8. Disqualification: Sand Dollar One reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
