As you go up the steps and enter this charming beach home, you will instantly fall in love when you open the door. The first floor has a relaxing living space with a smart, flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. Open the sliding doors and watch your children splash and play in the community pool while lounging on the balcony outside with friends and family! The kitchen has a beautiful deep-sea blue back splash, gorgeous countertops and is equipped with everything you need! There is also a full bathroom on the first floor as well.

As you go up the stairs, you will find the two bedrooms and shared full bathroom. The first bedroom has a luxurious queen bed with 1 bunk bed ( 2 twins) and a convenient sink. This bedroom also has a smart TV. There are two TV's in the rental and neither has cable. Don't forget to rest and unwind on the connected balcony that has views of the community pool!

The second bedroom has another brand new king bed and connected balcony. So kick your feet up and relax! Your dream vacation rental awaits!

BOOKING POLICY

• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.

• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.

• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.

• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
