Located in the sensational WaterColor neighborhood, 3 Little Birds is gorgeously integrated into the surrounding nature which simultaneously invites leisure and adventure. Mornings can be spent on the screened in patio sipping coffee and reading. As you head back inside, the living room/ dining room is decorated in colors that naturally blend well with the hardwood floors to maintain a calming and relaxing environment. It is the perfect gathering spot to sit back and watch the big game on the large flatscreen or to simply enjoy a board game with friends and family. Heading into the kitchen, there is a modern feel with stainless steel appliances, lots of kitchen cabinets and a large kitchen bar for additional seating. The galley is stocked with all the cookware and appliances the chef will need to create a Florida Master piece . The dining area has a large wooden table with ample seating for your friends and family to enjoy their meal under the radiance of an inviting chandelier.

The master bedroom, along with all other bedrooms, is on the 2nd Floor featuring a King size bed and flat screen TV creating a true vacation retreat. Take a long afternoon nap on the lounge chairs just off the Master Suite balcony. The private master bathroom has a gorgeous walk in shower surrounded by floor to ceiling tile. The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed of its own with a walk in shower and floor to ceiling tile. The Bunkroom has a double over double with a twin trundle underneath . All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms which allows for privacy for everyone staying in this luxurious rental.

The home also features incredible wrap-around porches on both the first and second stories, shaded by the cover of winding oak trees to give the feeling of being in a secluded forest. The downstairs porch has a swing , additional seating and a large round wooden table perfect for an afternoon picnic.
The kids will enjoy the close proximity to Dragon Fly Pool ( WITHIN THE CROSSING DISTRICT) Plus you will also have access to Camp Watercolor. The ultimate paradise for kids and their parents which includes a lazy river and large corkscrew waterslide. Camp WaterColor also has a basketball court, playground, and a sport's field directly behind the main pool. In addition there is a volleyball net, soccer goals and open space, that truly completes the area’s camp-like experience.
For those who like exploring, the Seaside restaurants, shops & galleries are a short bike ride away. Days can be spent browsing the local bookshops & eating from restaurants overlooking the glistening waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
