    Four years ago, we made one of the best decisions we've ever made regarding our 2nd Home at the beach. We met, and hired Sand Dollar One. The first sign that this was a great match is the fact they are from Tennessee. So are we.
    The company had just gotten started. My husband has been in the real estate management business for years. We had a lot of questions for Sand Dollar One. They had the answers. It was clear to us that they knew what they were doing. And, while the company was brand-new, their enthusiasm was contagious. We signed up and have never looked back..
    Sand Dollar One has taken care of our home ever since. In fact, SDO handles all of the routine maintenance and repair issues that come up. We sold that first home last Summer. They handled the punch list items and so impressed the new buyers that they continue to handle rentals of the Watersound West Beach home.
    While shopping for a new home, SDO helped us with rental projections. They even found contractors and handled details  while we renovated. Quite honestly, we would not want to be in the rental business or own a second home without Sand Dollar One..
    We have our new home on the market now and are looking forward to a long relationship with Brandon, Ryan and the gang at Sand Dollar One.

Sand Dollar One checks on our properties regularly and performs routine preventive maintenance. We never have to worry about things like changing the A/C filters or light bulbs.
