Salt Water Serenity is a brand new 3 bed, 2.5-bathroom Prominence townhouse that is the perfect place to come and check out 30A while also getting the comforts of a beautiful, freshly-built vacation rental. This spacious home has everything you need to enjoy your trip in comfort. You’ll notice the home is beautifully decorated with all new furniture and appliances! The kitchen is beautiful, with white cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is seating for three at the island in addition to the kitchen table.

The living room features comfortable seating as well as a flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day out and about. Among other things, the home also offers a laundry room. There are three bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed as well as a large private bath. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed as well as a bedroom that features twin over full bunk beds. You may also enjoy relaxing on the back deck, soaking up the sun and taking in the fresh air!

Prominence offers a beautiful shared community pool, shared grill and outdoor dining space, and fitness center. Additionally, Prominence is directly across from The Hub at Watersound which features live outdoor entertainment during the season, shops, restaurants, and a fun environment for the whole family!

There is a trolley that runs in season and takes guests to the beach access point at Deer Lake State Park, 0.6 miles west of the community. There you will enjoy the luxury of Watersound's rolling dunes and natural preserve, as well as views of Deer Lake. This beach access point is quiet and serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway along 30A! There are bathrooms on site at this beach access point.

BOOKING POLICY
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Unit typically requires a Sat-Sat stay during peak seasons
No-Questions Asked Cancellation Plan: Available, inquire when booking!
All units/houses with access to optional pool heat require a pool heat fee, unless that cost is covered by a units HOA.
